Technical Lead - Java/React.js (8-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Java 8, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

- Design and implement microservices-based architecture for the application.

- Build user-facing features with ReactJS, leveraging Redux or React Context for state management.

- Write unit and integration tests using React Testing Library and JEST to ensure code quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.

- Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise to ensure optimal application performance.

Technical Skills :

MUST HAVE :

Backend :

- Strong experience with Java 8 and Spring Boot.

- Experience with designing and developing RESTful services and APIs.

- Proficiency in building and maintaining microservices architectures.

Frontend :

- Expertise in ReactJS, with hands-on experience in building dynamic and responsive web applications.

- Experience with state management using Redux or React Context.

- Familiarity with React Testing Library and JEST for unit testing and test-driven development.

Database :

- Experience working with MySQL or any relational database, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.

Desired Skills :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with version control tools like Git.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
