Store In charge – Civil Construction Site

We are hiring a Store In charge for our construction project offices/sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the store operations for civil construction projects, including coordination across multiple sites, accurate record-keeping, and ensuring seamless material flow.

Key Responsibilities
1.Store Operations Management:
Manage day-to-day store operations at project sites, ensuring smooth material handling.
oMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing construction materials.
2.Coordination Skills:
Coordinate with site store in-charges for material availability and requirements across multiple projects.
Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and procurement departments.
3.Inventory & Record Keeping:
Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of all construction materials (returnable and non-returnable) for multiple projects.
Monitor inventory levels and plan material procurement/replenishment as required.
4.Monitoring & Reporting:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.
Prepare and submit periodic stock reports, reconciliations, and usage summaries.
5.Compliance & Quality:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for material management.
Safeguard materials against damage, theft, and misuse.

Requirements
Proven experience of at least 3.5 years as a Store In charge or similar role in civil construction projects.
Strong coordination skills to handle site store operations across multiple projects.
Knowledge of material reconciliation processes and documentation for construction materials (returnable and non-returnable).
Proficient in inventory monitoring, tracking, and reporting.
Monitoring and planning skills to ensure smooth project execution.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with construction materials such as soil, aggregates, cement, steel, etc.
Experience with ERP systems or software for inventory and stock management is a plus.
