Position: Assistant Manager – QA & QC
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Construction/Religious Infrastructure Development

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Management:
• Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and standards for the HKM Temple construction project.
• Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality benchmarks as per project specifications.
2. Inspection and Testing:
• Conduct regular inspections and tests for materials, workmanship, and construction processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Verify material quality and approve materials for use in construction.
3. Quality Control Implementation:
• Establish and maintain quality control measures to monitor ongoing construction activities, including civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Identify non-conformities and work with the project team to implement corrective actions.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive records of quality tests, inspection reports, and certifications.
• Prepare and present QA/QC reports to project management and stakeholders.
5. Coordination with Teams:
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to address quality issues effectively.
• Work closely with procurement teams to ensure the delivery of quality-compliant materials.
6. Standards and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to local and international construction quality standards, codes, and best practices.
• Facilitate audits and ensure readiness for inspections by regulatory authorities or consultants.
7. Training and Development:
• Provide training to site staff on quality standards and procedures to enhance awareness and adherence.
• Promote a culture of quality consciousness among project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Educational Background:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications in QA/QC or construction quality management will be an advantage.
2. Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with exposure to civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Experience in religious or heritage projects will be preferred.
3. Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, materials testing, and inspection processes.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and relevant software tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
