Job Title: Training Support Specialist

Position Summary The Training Support Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing technical training programs for Samsung in-house staff and SOLPAR Crew resources. This role ensures knowledge transfer related to LTE/NR hardware installation, quality assurance, RF SCFT, CLOT, and operational processes while providing first-level field support. The specialist will work closely with Circle leadership and NHQ teams to identify skill gaps, develop e-learning modules, and create training manuals, fostering a high-performance environment for seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities Training Delivery
- Develop and conduct technical training programs for Samsung teams, in-house staff, and SOLPAR Crew Members as per the training calendar.
- Deliver specialized training on:
- LTE hardware installation and RFE-1
- Quality and ATP processes
- EMF, SCFT, and CLOT modules
- eNodeB integration
- Train Circle Warehouse teams on relevant processes.
Field Support and Quality Assurance
- Provide first-level field support for alarm rectification to SOLPAR and Samsung field teams, including On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Assist site quality audit teams in achieving and maintaining zero-punch-point sites.
Skills Assessment and Development
- Identify skill gaps and competency requirements for SOLPAR and in-house teams through proactive discussions.
- Conduct training sessions in coordination with NHQ on installation issues, alarms, and troubleshooting.
- Develop e-learning modules aligned with project requirements.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly training reports, including attendance and performance appraisals.
- Generate quality reports and address gaps through OJT and targeted training interventions.
Special Assignments and Cross-functional Support
- Execute special projects and assignments as required by NHQ or Circle teams.
- Provide training to other circles in the absence of designated trainers.
Key Competencies and Skills - Expertise in LTE/NR hardware installation, RFE-1, and quality processes.
- Strong understanding of EMF, SCFT, and CLOT frameworks.
- Proficiency in developing training manuals and e-learning content.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and bridge skill gaps.
- Hands-on experience in field operations and quality assurance.
Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor s/Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the telecom industry.
- At least 6 months of experience in delivering technical and operational training programs.
- Familiarity with telecommunications installation, RF standards, and site quality processes.
- Strong background in field support and troubleshooting.
