Job Profile :
Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct tool trials following ISO standards to evaluate tool performance and optimize machining parameters.

• Surface roughness measurement of machined parts and tool wear measurement

• Assist customers in addressing machining challenges and provide customized solutions. Offer technical guidance to ensure optimal tool performance in diverse applications.

• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tool testing and trials. Ensure consistent testing methods to achieve reliable and repeatable results.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing trial results and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records to support future product development and decision-making.

• Work closely with RD to provide insights for product enhancement based on trial outcomes. Share findings with Sales and Production teams to align efforts and meet customer expectations.

Qualification:

• Experience Required : 2-3 years of experience in related field.

• Education : M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering

Skills Required:

• CNC and VMC machine Operation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of metal cutting operations, including turning, milling, boring, and other machining processes.

• Hands-on experience with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.

• Awareness of ISO standards related to machining and tooling.

• Expertise in conducting tool trials and optimizing machining parameters.

• Ability to analyze and enhance machining processes for non-ferrous and composite materials.

• Strong problem-solving skills for addressing customer challenges.

• Proficiency in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.

• Skilled in using MS Office, with effective communication and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with precision tooling and relevant industry standards.

• Collaborative mindset for working with RD, Sales, and Production teams.

• Customer-oriented approach to providing machining solutions.
