Job Role: Senior Executive Quality & Process

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/environmental science, occupational health and safety, Engineering or a related field/bachelor’s degree in any other stream from authorized university.
• Professional certifications related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001/IMS.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and best practices.
• Excellent and assertive communication (Written & Spoken), interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Experience 3 to 4 years:

• Prior experience in Quality, environmental management, occupational health and safety, or a related field in an IT Industry.
• Experience in conducting environmental audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Familiarity with implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) standards is desirable.
• Experience in Monitoring, measuring, analyzing and evaluating consumption of natural resources.
• Worked on Natural Resource conservation program.
• GHG Emission data monitoring, measuring, analyzing and evaluating.
• Contribution in QMS and EOHS Management System enhancement
• ISO Documentation for organization’s health and safety management system
• Attended Internal and External EOHS Audits as an auditee.

Working Conditions:

• The candidate typically works in an office environment but may also spend time conducting field inspections and assessments in various work settings, e.g. office premises.
• Base location is at Andheri, Mumbai (H.O.)
• The role may involve occasional travel to different office locations and at client site.

Minimum Key Responsibility Area (What you will do at Clover Infotech):

• Update and maintain ISO Documentation, controls and records for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Waste Management – Strategy, Controls and Documentation
• Conducting Internal audits and participating in External ISO Audits
• Follow up on the Audit Findings Closures with respective process owners
• Delivering Quality and EOHS related trainings
• Verifying QMS and EOHS ISO related records
• QMS and EOHS Risk Management
• Conducting Project Consultation Reviews and Audit Readiness sessions.
• Preparing Audit Reports & helping auditees to close them.
• Verify the mock drill report and other EOHS records.
• Gap Analysis of current QMS and EOHS Management System
• Fixing the gaps in EOHS Management System
• Keeping track of Legal and regulatory requirements related to EOHS and maintaining Attended Internal and External EOHS Audits.
• Improvising QMS, Health and Safety Documents and Controls
• Attending Safety Meeting and publishing the minutes
