Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.
Role &
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions, both live and virtual
- Learn the functionalities of the accounting applications with high proficiency to teach end users
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Key Skills
Strong technical skills, ability to operate technology, Excellent Presentation skill, Management skill, & Decision making skill.
Candidate Requirement
Candidates with experience in the industry, preferably with knowledge of technology tools and training modules.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor s Degree
Diploma or equivalent required
Experience 2 to 4 year of experience (Preferred)
Ability to commute/relocate Pimple Saudagar, Pune 411027, Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Language English / Hindi / Marathi (Required)
