Job Profile :
Responsibilities:

• Perform process design and development activities to establish efficient and scalable manufacturing processes for new products.

• Create and modify detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks,applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) principles.

• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to validate design concepts and improve product performance and reliability.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive process documentation for new product launches.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce production costs, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

• Manage multiple new product development projects, ensuring timely delivery andadherence to project milestones and budgets.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clarity in design specifications, project progress, and any necessary modifications.

Qualification:

• Experience Required : 3-5 years of experience in related field
  

• Education : M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and design software, particularly SolidWorks.

• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies.
  

• Hands-on experience in developing and documenting SOPs and manufacturing processes for new product launches.
  

• Solid understanding of process design, process development, and manufacturing operations.
  

• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in product design and process optimization.
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
