Perform process design and development activities to establish efficient and scalable manufacturing processes for new products.
Create and modify detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks,applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) principles.
Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to validate design concepts and improve product performance and reliability.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive process documentation for new product launches.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce production costs, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Manage multiple new product development projects, ensuring timely delivery andadherence to project milestones and budgets.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clarity in design specifications, project progress, and any necessary modifications.
Qualification:
Experience Required : 3-5 years of experience in related field
Education : M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
