Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for target markets.
- Own the entire sales cycle-lead generation, discovery, product demos, proposal development, and contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned quotas on a month-on-month basis.
- Maintain client engagement through regular meetings, calls, visits, etc.
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts and identify cross-sale/up-sell opportunities by cultivating excellent client relationships.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Forge partnerships with relevant organizations in the external ecosystem to accelerate sales growth.
- Conduct business reviews to discuss progress and address any roadblocks to acquiring new customers.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings to tailor sales approaches.
Qualifications:
- Fresher from Tier 1 MBA schools are welcomed.
- B2B SaaS sales experience will be plus, preferably in Security Automation, Facilities, or Administrative software.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with C-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships independently, with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Deep understanding of the front office automation market and its trends.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Travel flexibility and willingness to work from the office.
