Position Title: Sales Representative - Exhibition B2B Role Overview: As an Exhibition Space Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling exhibition space to corporate clients for our leading exhibitions. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions tailored to their needs, and achieving revenue targets for the domestic market. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Relationship Building: Identify and target potential corporate clients interested in exhibiting at our leading exhibitions. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Conduct outreach through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events, to generate leads and opportunities. Solution Recommendation and Sales: Understand the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients and recommend suitable exhibition space solutions, sponsorship opportunities, and delegate acquisition packages. Present compelling proposals and pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits and value of exhibiting at our events. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and booth packages to secure agreements that align with both client expectations and company goals. Revenue Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the domestic market. Track sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address any gaps or challenges. Client Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the exhibition planning and execution process. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to inform sales strategies and tactics. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential target markets. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to track performance and identify areas for growth. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven track record of success in exhibition space sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for closing deals and achieving sales targets. Deep understanding of the exhibition industry, including market trends, competitor landscape, and customer preferences. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
