Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Architect with 15+ years of professional experience to design, develop, and implement distributed enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Java, microservices architecture, The role also requires strong communication and leadership skills to lead development teams and provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architecture & Design:
• Architect and design distributed enterprise systems.
• Create comprehensive architecture diagrams, detailed designs, deployment topologies, and communication mechanisms.
2. Microservices Expertise:
• Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices using the Spring framework.
• Deep understanding of concepts like CQS/CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
3. Cloud & DevOps:
• Experience implementing solutions on cloud platforms like Azure (good to have) or AWS.
• Familiarity with Azure native services is a plus.
4. Integration & Implementation:
• Collaborate with teams to implement micro-frontend architectures.
• Utilize databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and caching systems effectively.
• Hands-on experience with DynamoDB and Elasticsearch (preferred).

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 16+ years in software development, with a focus on Java.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading large-scale projects and guiding teams through successful delivery.
• Microservices & Cloud: In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and implementing solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Database Skills: Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
