About the role
As a Sr Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand for Happening services by developing proactive and tailored marketing strategies to attract prospective clients and contribute to Happenings growth. An ideal candidate must be dynamic, have a strong commercial mindset, be driven to meet targets/goals, and comfortably develop new relations to establish new business opportunities.
What you get to do
- Design and execute impactful outbound, nurture, and account-based campaigns that increase the sales pipeline.
- Create experiments to test messaging, targeting, engagement, and other levers to increase conversion rates across the funnel, using data to back every decision.
- Build deep industry knowledge to enable you to adopt content trends, news, or announcements within your campaign messaging.
- Partner with Sales leads to identify and implement process improvements
- Track and report on all activities, using data to continually optimize campaign performance
- Identify new business opportunities
- Work to penetrate into key accounts identified
- Establish and maintain client relations
- Churn prospects into customers
- Coordinate, and follow up with prospects
- Meticulously track your interactions with clients, document them, and present them to the business team.
You must have
- A Masters/Bachelors degree in business, sales, or marketing
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience in demand generation, email marketing, and lead generation. Work experience in consulting or studio environment is advantageous.
- Data-focused by nature, youll be analytical and will show that youve had a keen focus on metrics, measurement, and optimization.
- Experience working with marketing technologies and automation tools like HubSpot, Zoominfo, and Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Past experience working in service or studio or consulting environment
- A proven track record delivering demand-generation programs targeting businesses that have a measurable impact on revenue growth
- Ability to strategize and execute sales/marketing plans
- Ability to understand clients needs and requirements and convey them to the team
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to easily reach out to client prospects
- Passion and drive to perform and win clients/accounts
- An excellent track record in achieving set goals
