1. Research Skills
a) Proposal Writing
i) Prepare proposals as per the brief
ii) Follow the pre-requisites for the proposal - Need for study, objective of study, decide the research approach and methodology, research design elements, sample plans etc.
iii) Developing Research Instruments like discussion guides, research stimulus materials, secondary market information, creation of discussion guides
b) Content Analysis
i) Summarise the data collected in a structured manner to help provide a clear and insightful input for the presentation
c) Preparing Reports & Presentations
i) Ability to prepare Topline reports and draft simple to moderately complex presentations to clients
ii) Presenting to clients whenever required
2. Project Management
a) Project Setup, Execution & Commercial Management
i) Planning & prioritizing the project / proposals activities basis the timelines
ii) Ensure study pre-requisites are shared with clarity to the PM teams.
iii)Debriefing the moderators on the DG & finalising & supervising the RQ
iv) Finalising Estimates, Costing & Budgeting for projects.
v) Coordinate with project management to ensure smooth flow of projects
vi) Ensuring billing is done on-time
3. Time Management
a) Adherence to timelines on various tasks
i) Follow-up as per timelines with the relevant teams
ii) Ensuring project timelines are met.
iii) Should be able to manage/supervise minimum 3 projects at the same time.
iv) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively and efficiently to ensure productivity.
4. Client Management
a) Client Servicing
i) Should be able to manage clients independently for routine matters and queries on on-going projects
ii) Attending client meetings, providing insights
iii) Meet client/ seniors expectation by ensuring Error free deliverables to client studies
iv) Should have an awareness of the category, brands or industry on the project working on
v) Should have an understanding of the competitive category or brands and share necessary info with the seniors/clients working on that brand
5. Collaboration
a) Collaborate within the team and all other teams/ departments

a) Initiative towards upgrading skills for professional growth & towards the organisation's betterment.

The team members were really supportive and guide you along the path.
The upper management does not care what is happening at its respective branch and the branch manager has no remorse on the employee part. There is no work-life balance worked for 7 days a week for 2 months straight even though on paper it is a 5day work week.
