Jr. HR Executive

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings.
Assist in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management
Help coordinate HR events and activities, such as workshops, seminars, and team-building events
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
