SAP LMS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP LMS Consultant with a solid background in SAP Learning Management System (LMS) and proven experience in ECC (ERP Central Component) implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP LMS solutions to enhance organizational learning and development.
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement SAP LMS solutions within the SAP ECC environment.
Set up learning processes, course management, and training programs.
Integrate LMS with other SAP modules and systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP LMS, addressing issues and ensuring optimal performance.
Monitor and improve LMS processes, user experience, and system efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation for LMS configurations and processes.
Experience & Technical Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP LMS Consultant, with hands-on experience in at least two ECC implementations.
Proven track record of configuring and managing SAP LMS solutions.
Strong knowledge of SAP LMS, including course management, learning processes, and reporting.
Experience with SAP ECC and integration with LMS modules.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, data management, and system optimization.
