SAP RCM Consultant

Design, configure, and implement SAP Risk and Compliance Management (RCM) solutions within the SAP ECC environment.
Develop and maintain risk management strategies, compliance workflows, and internal control processes.
Integrate RCM solutions with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure comprehensive risk management.
Lead and support SAP RCM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
Provide ongoing support for SAP RCM solutions, addressing issues related to risk and compliance management.
Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and implement best practices to improve RCM functionality and efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation for RCM processes, configurations, and user training materials.
Identify and recommend improvements to risk management and compliance processes based on industry best practices and SAP RCM updates.
Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP RCM and related regulations to ensure system compliance and effectiveness.

Experience & Technical Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP RCM Consultant, including at least two ECC implementations.
Proven expertise in configuring and implementing SAP Risk and Compliance Management solutions.
Strong knowledge of SAP RCM, including risk management, compliance processes, and internal controls.
Experience with SAP ECC and integration with other SAP modules.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, data management, and reporting tools.
