We are seeking an experienced and driven AVP - Global Operations to lead and optimize Handelnine Globals fulfillment, logistics, and operational strategies. This is an L1 (Leadership) role that will involve direct ownership of key operational KPIs, as well as cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business priorities. As the Head of Operations, you will lead initiatives to improve our global shipping processes, reduce costs, and ensure world-class experiences for our customers. Job Responsibilities:
KPI Management:
Monitor and improve fulfillment metrics to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Reduce the average time for order processing and deliver.
Track and analyze delivery performance, focusing on timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Operational Optimization:
Implement strategies to optimize global shipping costs and timelines while maintaining high-quality service levels.
Utilize internal dashboards and panels to track operational performance and identify improvement areas.
Oversee operations for regional warehouses, ensuring seamless transitions to in-house shipping providers where necessary.
Explore and evaluate alternative cost structures to support new business models in key markets.
Global Warehouse Expansion:
Lead efforts to expand our global warehouse network, identifying new locations and managing setup and operationalization.
Optimize warehouse design and processes to align with regional market needs and ensure cost-effective fulfillment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new warehouses into our logistics network.
Strategic Leadership:
Innovate and experiment with logistics and fulfillment processes to drive continuous improvement.
Align operational goals with broader business objectives by collaborating across teams and functions.
Evaluate and refine systems, processes, and partnerships to meet the evolving needs of a global e-commerce business.
Team Development:

Candidate Profile:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in operations management or logistic roles, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements in an e-commerce or consumer-driven industry.
Experience managing global operations and fulfillment networks.

Strong understanding of key operational KPIs and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
