Job Description
- Manage ticket queue and provision access requests as requested.
- Provisioning/de-provisioning of ERP accesses of employees and CWs.
- Ensure requests contain proper approvals and reviewing completed requests for accuracy.
- Provide reports, provisioning and approval evidence when requested by auditors.
- Support ad hoc requests projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the service level agreement (SLA), established processes, security controls and corporate policies.
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with dependent teams with the intention to meet the objectives.
- Proactively respond to requests to provide broad level of support to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve access related issues.
- Problem identification and timely resolving with the relevant solution for internal users. Maintaining operations support documentation.
Qualifications Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- High level of fluency in spoken and written English.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in GRC, SAP Security, Access Management Ticketing Tool / ServiceNow.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel).
- Should have very good knowledge/experience in User Access Management Process, SAP GRC (ARM) Reporting.
- Knowledge understanding of SAP Security module.
- Good experience in ticketing tools like Service Now, etc.
