Responsible for implementing and executing the sales strategies to achieve regional business objectives and sales targets.
Support the team of ASMs to deliver GTM, FFE , infra, and other operational plans.
Work closely with the corporate Comex team to design the right GTM plans for the region and share regular feedback to improve technology and tools.
Advise and support the team in identification, assessment, and appointment of trade partners/ distributors, if and where required.
Work with the cross functional team to prepare forecasts and support monthly target setting for the ASMs and the frontline team across the branch.
Drive a culture of high performance while leveraging incentive schemes and recognition programs.
Build strong relationships with the ASMs and the frontline line team while coaching and building their capability to deliver top tier performance.
Responsible for all Comex KPIs for the region like 3P FF, expansion, FFE, coverage for the urban markets for the region.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most:
7+ years of which at least 4 years will be as a second line sales manager in FMCG/FMCH. It would be preferred if the incumbent is handling similar regional role.
Qualification : MBA from Tier 1, Tier 2 Premier Colleges only.
This is minimum level of experience will be required to be able to provide leadership and guidance to the Medical Detailing field force in the region.
