Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Acquire new customers.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Provide technical support in veterinary matters.
- Conduct customer training and share knowledge.
Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in sales within the Agriculture, Dairy, or Animal Husbandry sectors.
- At least 2 to 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing a team of 4 to 5 members
- Strong network in retail/B2B with farmers, farming, and dairy associations
- Hands-on experience at the grassroots level
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture (or) Degree or diploma in Agriculture (or) A graduate with 5+ years of experience working with dairy farmers, even without a formal qualification in Agriculture, Dairy, or Animal Husbandry.
Soft Skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages.
- Passionate about sales and self-driven.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel in rural areas.
