Fryer/ Extruder Operator

Role & responsibilities

Cleans all equipment on assigned fryer. Fills fryer with water or fat as applicable. Adjusts fryer temperature and oil depth as required to meet customer attributes.

• Identifying and solving problems in the production process
• Ensuring that the created products meet the required specifications
• Managing crew resources
• Operating additional equipment like forklifts, high lifts and scaffolding
• Replacing defective, broken or expired machinery components
• Determining procedures for setting up equipment
• Interpreting blueprints and diagrams to select and position machines

Preferred candidate profile

Highly experienced Extrusion Operator with a strong background in maintenance and repair

performing calibration٫ cleaning and other activities. Monitor and properly adjust machine settings. Supply raw material or parts to semi-automated machines. Check parts with precision٫ using appropriate measuring tools.
