About:
We are looking for a Head Of Corporate Sales who will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and growth of the corporate sales strategy in the QSR industry. This position will drive revenue through partnerships, catering services, corporate deals, and employee meal programs. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing team that will build long-term, sustainable corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
A) Operational Excellence Sales Strategy Development:
i) Develop and implement the corporate sales strategy, targeting key business sectors (e.g., large corporations, small-medium enterprises, and government contracts) for partnerships.
ii) Define revenue targets for the corporate sales team and align strategies to achieve these goals.
iii) Identify market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the corporate sales space
B) Team Leadership and Management:
i) Lead, mentor, and manage a team of corporate sales professionals to maximize individual and team performance.
ii) Set clear performance targets for team members, providing guidance on achieving revenue goals and expanding business relationships.
iii) Conduct regular training and development programs to ensure the team is knowledgeable about the brand, product offerings, and sales techniques.
C) Business Development & Relationship Management::
i) Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporations, including HR managers, procurement officers, and executive teams.
ii) Negotiate and close high-value corporate contracts for catering, bulk food supply, corporate employee meal programs, and more.
iii) Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and repeat business.
iv) Collaborate with marketing to create tailored campaigns, offers, and initiatives that appeal to corporate clients.
D) Revenue Growth and Profitability:
i) Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
ii) Drive profitable growth by maximizing opportunities within each corporate account, including upselling additional services or product offerings.
iii) Ensure pricing strategies are aligned with corporate clients while maintaining brand integrity and profitability.
E) Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
i) Work closely with marketing to create customized promotional campaigns for corporate clients.
ii) Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
iii) Partner with finance to structure appropriate payment terms and manage credit risk for corporate clients.
F) Sales Implementation:
i) Drive the acquisition of new corporate accounts through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
ii) Organize and oversee corporate events, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively showcase the brand's offerings.
iii) Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure the efficient and successful execution of large orders, catering services, and employee meal programs.
G) Market Insights and Reporting:
i) Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine the corporate sales strategy.
ii) Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities in corporate sales.
iii) Maintain a strong understanding of client needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in institutional sales or corporate sales in the OSR industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing corporate sales & large accounts.
- Strong leadership & team management experience with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- High proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools & MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
