Sales Manager For FMCG

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (FMCG) to spearhead the development of a robust distributor network for our premium dry fruits and food additives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing distributors across South India to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Boost our Dry Fruits, Spices, and Food Taste Enhancer sales by reaching out to Current and New Distributors, Wholesalers, and Buyers by visiting different city of South India.
• Manage distributor sales by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships
• B2B Sales to Dry fruits Wholesalers, General Trade, Distributors, and Bulk Sales
• Distributor Onboarding & Management
• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Market Research & Expansion
• Team Leadership
• Reporting & Analytics
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Analyze sales data and provide reports to the management team

Skills

• Strong knowledge of the FMCG/dry fruits/food additives industry.
• Proven track record in distributor development and management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
