Associate - People Operations
About the Role:
- We are looking for an Associate People Operations to drive OKRs across the organization, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution excellence in a fast-growing and dynamic startup environment.
- This role will work closely with leadership and teams to set, track, and optimize performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the OKR framework across teams to drive strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with leadership to define key objectives and measurable results.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate course corrections.
- Conduct regular OKR check-ins, analyze performance trends, and provide insights.
- Enable a culture of accountability and high performance through structured reporting and feedback loops.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth adoption of OKRs and resolve challenges.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in performance management, strategy, or business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with OKRs, KPIs, or goal-setting frameworks is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources from Tier-2 B-Schools with a strong foundation in performance management, organizational development, and strategic HR.
- Additional certifications in OKR management, performance analytics, or related fields would be a plus.
