Sales Executive

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Qualify leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Research and understand client needs and requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Provide regular sales forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Market Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market insights and customer needs.

Sales Administration:

• Prepare and submit sales proposals and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
