Project Manager

Project Management:

• Lead and manage multiple teams working on different projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed project specifications.
  
• Implement and uphold Agile methodologies, facilitating regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  
• Prepare project costing, budgeting, and estimation.
  
• Create and maintain project scorecards for management.
  

Technical Expertise:

• Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and best practices for the development team.
  
• Possess strong experience with .Net Core development, Microsoft Azure, and Agile methodologies.
  
• Have a solid understanding of relational database design and construction, including SQL and stored procedures.
  

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching new team members in collaboration with HR.
  
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
  

Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Analyze and report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
  
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment between different teams and stakeholders.
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Contribute to the improvement and development of the organizations project management framework and processes.
  
• Promote best practices and advocate for continuous process enhancements.
  

External Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring their deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.
  
• Oversee outcomes related to UI/UX, website development, and compliance initiatives.
  

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, ensuring compliance through regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and security standards are met.
  

Cross-Functional Management:

• Coordinate and manage various functions, such as HR, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Development, and Support, to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
  
• Alignteam efforts with organizational goals, ensuring all departments workcohesively towards common objectives.

Requirements

Educationand Experience:

Experience:

• 6 to 10 years of project management experience in a SaaS or software development environment.
  
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time.

Qualifications:

• Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
  
• SCRUM Master certification preferred.

TechnicalSkills:

• Proficiency in projectmanagement tools (Zoho Project, Zoho Sprint, or similar).
  
• Experience with .NetCore, Microsoft Azure, and SQL.

AdditionalSkills:

Strong strategicplanning, resource management, and risk management skills.

• Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
