Role & responsibilities

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products/services.
• Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
• Domestic & International Calling: Manage both domestic and international calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Follow-up & Relationship Building: Maintain follow-ups with potential leads and nurture client relationships for long-term engagement.
• Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
