Sales and Marketing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
• Lead and manage the business development team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve sales targets.
• Execute effective cold calling and email strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

SEO & Digital Strategy:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies that boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
• Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to analyze website performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Team Management:

• Mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing business development team.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the business development and marketing teams to align efforts with company goals.

Lead Generation & Market Research:

• Oversee the development and execution of lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Leverage CRM tools like GwayERP, Salesforce or HubSpot to track, manage, and report on sales activities and lead conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Expertise in SEO, SMM and SEM with demonstrated success in driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
• Expertise in Paid Campaigns in Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and other Social Media.
• Strong experience in cold calling and email, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
• Experience managing and motivating a team to achieve goals.
