Email Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

Uncodemy is looking for a Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns aimed at lead generation, student engagement, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have experience in email automation, campaign tracking, and list segmentation to drive higher engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop & execute targeted email campaigns for lead generation and student engagement.
✔️ Create compelling email content with engaging subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
✔️ Manage and segment email lists for better personalization and audience targeting.
✔️ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) using email marketing tools.
✔️ Optimize email templates for better readability, mobile-friendliness, and higher engagement.
✔️ Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance.
✔️ Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
✔️ Collaborate with design & content teams to create visually appealing email templates.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✅ 0-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the edtech industry.
✅ Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
✅ Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and analytics.
✅ Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for email template customization.
✅ Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
