Java Full Stack Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Java Full Stack Development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Teach core Java concepts, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and database management (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Guide students in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular.
• Explain development tools such as Git, Docker, Jenkins, and deployment techniques.
• Assist students with hands-on coding exercises, projects, and real-world case studies.
• Provide mentorship, doubt resolution, and career guidance to students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Java Full Stack Development.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop training materials and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in Java Full Stack Development and training.
• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React.js/Angular.js.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL & NoSQL databases).
• Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.
