Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing coding standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and provide input on technology roadmaps.

Job Requirements :

- 7-12 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSP Servlets, AWS Cloud.
- Strong understanding of J2EE technologies such as Spring MVC.
- Experience leading or managing a team of developers is essential.
