Role & responsibilities

• Conducting Induction training to all the new joining sales team,
• Conducting Sales product and process training to all the new joining sales team,
• Conducting BAT ( Basic Automobile Technology ) to all the new joining sales team,
• Conducting Product competition & comparison training to all the sales team,
• Conducting Daily morning role play activity on particular topic to all the sales team in the
  morning meeting,
• Conducting on the job training to all the new sales team to increase their performance.
