Officer - MIS @ Dahej

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection of data and generation of MIS reports
• Extract standard MIS reports from the system
• Ensure timely circulation of MIS reports to concerned stakeholders
• Obtain understanding of various business requirements for development of new MIS reports
• Conduct feasibility study of the new developments and discuss the same with IT team
• Support IT team in designing and development of new MIS reports in system
• Ensure access to MIS reports are provided only to relevant stakeholders
• Communication and change management for newly developed MIS reports
• Prepare ad-hoc MIS reports based on requirements received from business teams and timely circulate reports to concerned teams.
• Coordinate with IT team for new SAP developments, reports new product addition, support on SAP issues on FICO and COPA activities etc

Preferred candidate profile

• Liaise with business teams, plant teams and corporate teams for MIS reporting related queries and provide clarifications/ resolve queries
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely resolution to queries
• Liaise with Plant teams to provide clarifications/ resolve queries
• Identify improvement opportunities in costing and also participate in new initiatives identified
• Working knowledge of SAP, Excellent hands-on working in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (MS Office) is must.
• SAP Project Implementation Exposure as Team Member will be an added advantage.
