Finance Manager

We are seeking individuals for the role of Finance manager for our client in Nagda, Madhya Pradesh.

Job involves

• Overview and maintain books and records for various entities
• Record journal entries for various transactions
• Preparation and review of bank reconciliations, monthly cash flow reports, and financial statements
• Preparing or reviewing reports summarizing investment performance and ensure investment activity is recorded as applicable
• Communicating and coordinating with investors, vendors, bankers, insurance agents etc
• Projections, budgeting and other financial analysis as needed
• Strategize with Managing Directors regarding tax planning, investments etc
• Prepare and analyze monthly and periodic reports, budgets and supporting schedules including maintaining and review of general ledgers
• Assist in financial reporting including cash flow statements, and balance sheets
• Review complex individual tax returns
• Recommend investment, insurance and banking products
• Monitoring investment performance and managing portfolios

Preferred skills

• At least 4-7 years of accounting experience
• Previous experience with wealth management, Cash Management, Financial Reporting / Statement Preparation, General Ledger Implementation,
• Experience in intercompany transactions
• Should understand and be fluent to communicate in Hindi and English.

** The candidate will be deployed at the clients place in Nagda, Madhya Pradesh.
