Asst.KAM - Performance Marketing ( Ecommerce)

Qualification & Experience:

• Looking at someone who has at least 2-3 years of experience running ads on Amazon, Flipkart and Q-Com platforms

• More importantly, have strong e-Com/Q-Com marketing fundamentals, be very data driven and be very comfortable working in a high growth fast paced environment

• Must have prior experience of managing e-com/Q-Com performance marketing campaigns

Key Deliverables:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, acquisition, conversions and retention on e-com & Q-Com platforms
• Plan and manage all types of e-com ads including AMS/PLA/PCA/SP ad campaigns on day-to-day basis
• Spend significant time on gathering and analysing data to make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness. Need to be extremely judicious and ROI oriented in every rupee that is being spent
• Track and report on KPIs and metrics to all stakeholders on daily/weekly basis. Set a framework for continuous ROAS/ROI improvement goals and provide insights and recommendations on future actions/initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand team, Digital marketing teams, Creative and External agencies to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• Liaison with KAMs & KAEs to drive business growth on all e-com platforms including NPD launches
• Understanding and use of platform/off-platform tools for better analytics of key metrices to optimally manage & monitor ads performance across platforms
• Monitor and analyse competitor activities and market trends
• Provide inputs on optimizing product listings for enhanced visibility and performance
