Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Strategy:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals & strong exposure in FP&A.

- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Should have managed financial operations of the Factory.

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

- Monitor compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards

- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities for financial audits (Quarterly & Annual)

3. Budgeting & Cost Control:

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.

- Monitor actual vs. budget performance and recommend corrective actions.

4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

- Oversee cash flow planning to maintain liquidity.

- Optimize working capital by managing receivables, payables, and inventory.

- Ensure efficient treasury operations, including banking relationships and fund management.

5. Risk Management & Internal Controls:

- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

6. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

- Manage corporate tax planning and compliance with tax laws.

- Ensure timely filing of tax returns, GST, and other statutory obligations.

- Optimize tax strategies for cost savings.

7. Financial Systems & Process Improvement:

- Implement and improve financial reporting systems and ERP solutions.

- Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial records.

- Periodic MIS Preparation & other reports.

- Finalization of Accounts on quarterly & yearly basis as per Ind AS & SEBI.

8. Stakeholder Management & Leadership

- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance.

- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

- Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications: CA

Any graduation.
