Job Description

We re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a user-centered mindset to join our Solution Engineering team. You will help improve business processes, support internal stakeholders, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Master the Guidewire Suite of applications and align them with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and improve business processes in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Use data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to inform decisions.
Create documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories) and support project management.
Develop test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s in Business, IT, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in P&C insurance.
Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Excel), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
