4. Compliances relating to holding Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings, including drafting agendas, notices, minutes books and maintaining statutory Register.
5. Preparing director disclosures under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
6. Preparation of Annual Reports, Director's Reports, and filing Annual Returns.
7. Filing forms with ROC and other regulatory authorities for activities like authorized share capital changes, MOA/AOA alterations, director changes, registered office shifts, and charge management.
8. Conducted due diligence for various private companies.
9. Managed company incorporation, preparation of annual reports, and director's reports for subsidiaries.
10. Drafted and vetted legal agreements and notices.
