Tendering Manager - Job Responsibilities

A Tendering Manager is responsible for managing the bidding and proposal process for contracts and projects. Their key responsibilities include:

• Tender Preparation & Submission: Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of tenders and bids in compliance with client requirements.
• Market & Opportunity Analysis: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and tender requests.
• Cost Estimation & Pricing: Develop competitive pricing strategies and cost estimates.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary inputs.
• Compliance & Risk Assessment: Ensure all tenders meet legal, financial, and regulatory requirements while minimizing risks.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Engage in negotiations and support contract finalization to secure favorable terms.
