Manager- Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Statements: Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS/ IFRS/ GAAP).
• Accounting & Compliance: Ensure accurate accounting records, general ledger reconciliation, and adherence to statutory and tax regulations.
• Month-End & Year-End Closing: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring timely reporting and reconciliations.
• Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Taxation & Statutory Filings: Work closely with tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Financial Controls & Policies: Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, management dashboards, and variance analysis for business decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal, and senior management, to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
