Servicenow Developer

3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripOng, workflows, and integraOons.
• Experience with so[ware development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
• Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT OperaOons Management (ITOM) processes.
• 2+ years coding Service Now features or similar plaBorms preferred
• Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow plaborm to fit business requirements.
• CollaboraOng with cross-funcOonal teams to idenOfy and prioriOze business requirements
• WriOng clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires experOse to achieve.
• Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee
maximum efficiency and producOvity.
• Debugging and fixing technical problems.
• Producing and running test cases to guarantee so[ware quality.
• DocumenOng code and applicaOon funcOonality
• Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your
success.
• Experience with ITIL Founda6on level and other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial
• Experience with Web Services, APIs, Database-level integra6ons/ETL
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working a SaaS
environment .
