Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities involving ITSM, SPM, ServiceWatch, Midserver and security architecture for SaaS platforms
- Service Request Catalogue - Build a service request catalogue that serves multiple business units across Europe.
- Service Portal - Build a service portal that allows the logging of incidents and services request as well as providing a service status page. All serving multiple business units across Europe.
- Strong configuration of base capabilities and examples of platform integration models. Strong grasp on team interoperation and collaboration.
- ITSM Understanding with Flow Designer and JavaScript.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Contractual role for 1 year.
