Technical/Functional Skill Requirements : Business Analyst, Good analytical, functional skills. Supply Chain domain experience required.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions with the team's Scrum Master, and other Product Analysts to understand the business vision and create plans and objectives for the upcoming PI.

- Work with the team during the PI on the backlog of work for each iteration delivering value in 2-week Agile Sprints.

- Works closely with Product Managers and other Product Owners to understand and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.

- Represents the customer in sprints to the delivery teams and provides sprint prioritization to ensure technology alignment with business priorities & strategies.

- Is accountable for what is agreed to work on within a sprint.

- Provides customer service to our technology and business partners for on-boarding, adoption, and documentation.

- Measure and report on the value provided by the Product team offerings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on product priority, delivery, and adoption.

- Contributes back to the overall roadmap and prioritized backlog.

Required Skills

- Equivalent degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech) with 10+ years of industry experience.

- 4+ years of experience as Product Manager / BA.

- Supply Chain Management domain experience required.

- Must be able to demonstrate data driven decision making and prioritization of product and strategic decision making.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills.

- Prior experience in Jira, creating user stories, defining and managing backlog items in Jira is preferred.

- Deep understanding and experience with Agile Methodologies.

- Should have flexibility to work with US counterpart with few hours of overlapping.
