Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead OPT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. This role combines hands-on recruiting with leadership responsibilities, focusing on sourcing and placing OPT/CPT candidates while also guiding a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in OPT/CPT recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive recruitment strategies that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for OPT/CPT candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top OPT/CPT talent.
• Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates that match their requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing training, support, and guidance to achieve recruitment targets.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment laws and regulations.
• ATS Management: Effectively manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about the latest trends in OPT/CPT recruitment and the US job market to refine recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in OPT/CPT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role within the US staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and OPT/CPT work authorization processes.
• Proven track record of successfully placing OPT/CPT candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
