Roles and Responsibilities

• Must have experience in hiring Bench sales, OPT recruiters and US IT Recruiters depends on requirement
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules, ensure timely communication with candidates, and maintain records of candidate interactions.
  
• Assist in selecting the best candidate by providing insights from multiple sources.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field (US IT staffing preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends and regulations.
