Key skills for the job
1. Key Account Manager is responsible for the maximization of account penetration and profitable growth of the defined account
2. Lead and negotiate JBPs with Ecommerce partners.
3. Follow both input and output metrics to achieve goals for the defined account.
4. Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
5. Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
6. Handle small- and large-scale sale events with the defined account as per companys and the accounts marketing calendar.
7. Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create compelling online product listings (Including: Product images, descriptions, features, shipping details and item specifications).
8. Manage digital product catalogue to ensure accuracy and consistency of all brand and product content.
9. Ensuring maximum participation in every customer campaign
10. Analyse performance metrics for the online marketplace and provide insights on overall performance by creating weekly reports.
11. Track weekly performance metrics and implement strategy to prove sales from both channel and SKU level.
12. Ensures complete and on-time order fulfilment and operations metrics compliance.
13. Demonstrate strong strategic sales and negotiation skills.
14. Coordinate with Warehouse for Product Allocation needs.
