Process Engineer

We have an opening with us for the position of "Process Engineer for our Chakan office.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge of New Product Development activities.

Special Purpose Machines Capital Equipment- (technical evaluation, procurement, budgeting, and installation)

Handling Process Documents (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC Reports APQP)

Process cost calculation.

Line balancing through Tact following lean manufacturing techniques Plant technical Facilities. Planning Plant Layout for brown field Greenfield projects.

Perform root cause analysis and apply CAPA through Fishbone diagram.

Problem Solving Cost saving Automation techniques and Improvement Projects Poka-yoke execution.

Supplier evolution and management Empathetic Leadership Team building Relocation planning

Education:

Bachelors of Manufacturing /Production Engineering

Experience:

• Experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering in a position equivalent to at least 6 years.
