Key Responsibilities :

- Pioneer tech advancements and lead exploration of AI and emerging technologies to innovate and redefine industry standards, enhancing our competitive edge.

- Drive engineering innovation and lead initiatives, fostering creativity and leveraging emerging tech to solve complex problems and improve our technology stack to serve future businesses.

- Develop innovative tech products that meet the high-quality standards expected by industry leaders like BCG, McKinsey, and other Fortune 500 companies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while implementing and maintaining front-end architecture and best practices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring optimal performance and user experience through troubleshooting and debugging.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform development decisions and maintain relevance in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on React.js.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.

- Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Solid understanding of Git version control.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Knowledge of server-side rendering with frameworks like Next.js.

- Familiarity with GraphQL.

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

- Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcased on GitHub.
