Business Finance Manager - B2B Startup

We are currently retained by a leading FinTech startup to hire a Business Finance Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end business finance responsibility with focus on Business Impact, Compliance, Process Excellence, Investor decks, and Finance Reporting & Insights.

Please Note: This role needs CA with strong Business Finance experience with B2B startup. Also this role is limited to maximum 6 years of experience post CA.

The person will be responsible for bringing financial discipline by making sure that the flow of money is tracked and recorded. Also, ensure proper systems and procedures are in place to support effective program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Business Management Office in business priorities.

- Bring financial insights to drive accountability, efficiency, and growth opportunities.

- Budgeting, Forecasting, and planning for P&L on a monthly/quarterly/ annual basis and in detail variance analysis.

- Work on Investor Decks and Reports

- Build and track unit economics and P&L of the business unit.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- CA degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a B2B startup (FinTech Preferred).

- Strong reporting and analytical background

- Strong presentation skills required to present financial results to management and the ability to influence others.

- Ability to Influence and Impact stakeholders.

- Strong quantitative orientation and ability to analyse market trends.
