Job Description:

1. Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with vision and mission.

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure resources are optimally allocated for maximum impact.

- Analyze market trends and business performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership for growth and expansion.

2. Operational Finance Management:

- Oversee financial operations across our technology-enabled supply chain, ensuring seamless financial control and reporting.

- Implement and monitor KPIs for financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost management in alignment with company objectives.

- Collaborate with operations teams to support cost-effective procurement, inventory management, and logistics strategies.

3. Investment & Funding:

- Lead efforts to secure funding and manage investor relations, ensuring optimal capital structure and growth financing.

- Evaluate and pursue potential M&A opportunities, partnerships, and other strategic investments to expand reach and impact.

4. Risk Management & Compliance:

- Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

- Establish robust internal controls, audit practices, and governance frameworks to maintain financial integrity.

5. Team Leadership & Development:

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

- Drive continuous improvement in finance operations, leveraging new technologies and best practices for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CA preferred.

- 5 + years of experience in finance roles with a focus on supply chain, FMCG, logistics, or e-commerce sectors.

- Proven track record of driving financial strategy and managing P&L responsibilities in a high growth environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Passion for mission to reduce food wastage and improve nutritional access across India.
